Dieting For Womens Bodybuilding

Women’s bodybuilding is an intense sport that requires dedication and planning. The diet is fundamentally the most important part of this plan. Proper planning will lead to long-term success.

To start, get a piece of paper out and write out the meals you’ll eat tomorrow. Include the exact time you’ll eat it too. This will take away any form of emotion when it comes to eating. No long will you be sitting in the kitchen, hungry, wondering what you’ll have to eat. You’ll just eat what’s on your piece of paper, without a thought. You also need to calibrate your diet every week. Sit down and evaluate your success or failure. If you’re trying to put on muscle, you need to be gaining weight. If you’re trying to cut the fat off your body, you should be going down in weight. Calibrate accordingly by increasing or decreasing the amount you eat.

Female Bodybuilding Nutrition Tips

I wanted to share a little about female bodybuilding nutrition. This is fundamentally the most important place to focus your energy. If you’re not eating the proper foods at the proper times than you’re not going to put on muscle. Bodybuilding is hard enough for women; therefore we need to focus more on our diets.

Tip 1: Increasingly eating protein more often will leave your body with a constant flow of protein to repair muscles. Typically after a 2-4hr period, protein has completely left the system; therefore eating protein every 2-3hrs will leave your body with enough protein to repair muscle tissue consistently all day long.

Pacman Will Gobble Up Barrera Again

I’ll get right to it – Manny Pacquiao will survive the early onslaught of the proud Marco Antonio Barrera, and knock him out to retain his junior lightweight title.

Barrera backers will say that he was not himself in the first fight due to promotional and managerial problems as well as other distractions which left him unable to focus squarely on Pacquiao. I say, it’s simply another excuse. Based on what I saw in their first bout in November 2003, I saw a faster, more powerful fighter (Pacquiao) batter a game, yet overmatched (Barrera), in a surprisingly one-sided fight.
