How To Stop Snoring
Snoring can be a really bothering thing especially for those who sleep by you. That is why you may one day end up waking up alone. But the annoyance that occurs when you sleep is not the only thing to be afraid of it can also be a sign of a medical condition.
Snoring is created when the air flows past tissues in your throat. That tissues start vibrating when you breathe and those vibrations create the loud and noisy sound. This problem (snoring) is quite common, almost one third of the population snore while sleep. It usually happens due to throat weakness which causes the throat to close when you, mispositioned jaw, fat that gathers around and in the throat or obstruction in the nasal passageway.
